"Burden of Proof"

I have always loved to write.  I love creating stories and figuring out plot twists.  About a year ago I wrote a novel entitled "Burden of Proof."  It's a nonstop conspiracy thriller featuring a CIA Research Analyst named Natalie Spinster.  Natalie has an unusual last name and keen intuition. I spent the last six months editing and tweaking the novel and I'm proud to say it's novel available for sale in paperback and Amazon Kindle.

The plot surrounds a fictional biological attack on the U.S. and subsequent government cover-up.  In 2001 after seven innocent Americans open their mail, they die from inhaling deadly doses of the thorax toxin.  Thorax is a fictional pathogen which, causes trouble breathing and death from cardiac arrest.  The U.S. Government instantly labels the attacks as biological warfare from abroad.  The Thorax Terror becomes a leading catalyst for U.S. entry into a war in the Middle East.

Flash forward to 2007. Americans have grown tired of war and distrust the current administration.  When a plan is set in motion by nine D.C. power players to cover up the truth behind thorax,  it becomes a race against time to unravel a web of conspiracy so lethal it could shake the foundations of the American democratic system.

"Burden of Proof" is being published by Lone Mountain Press, and distributed via Ingram.  It is available online on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Books a Million.  I encourage you to order "Burden of Proof" in store from your local IndieBound affiliate.

In light of the recent tragedy in Haiti, $1 from each paperback copy sold will go to the American Red Cross.

I also have monthly contests.  If you purchase the novel you have the chance to win Season 7 of 24 on DVD or an IndieBound gift card.
